Script / programming languages? CLI or GUI?

Let’s start with something small, simple? Sure, “small” and “simple” are relative terms.

Maybe anon-connection-wizard / tor-control-panel. Doesn’t have any maintainer.

Perhaps try improving the situation for the following?
