Can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong with tor not updating

I followed the steps and used “system check” to check that the repositories were enabled.
I then update the template using the qubes update tool.
Tor browser is still not up to date.
Do you know why the default configuration on a fresh install is like this ?
Also the “Repository” app is not even in the app menu by default I had to add it in the template settings.
