The Kicksecure is not virtual machine. It is host OS.
When I use rfkill, there is no bluetooth.
Is it possible to use bluetooth on Kicksecure?
Possible: most likely same as Debian.
Technical detail: security-misc disables some stuff related to bluetooth - which can be undone.
