Can I transfer a file from another Windows virtual machine to a Whonix Workstation virtualmachine? How?
Whonix can run the windows exe in any way?

yes but i should transfer it as an iso image…but i dont want an iso image, i want a normal file with the original extencion…
And I mean from any workstastion, (for example a programm from windows to whonix)

It’s not limited to iso. There are no awesome ways for file transfer. Just the various methods listed on the File Transfer wiki page.
