Can I monitor local traffic to `tor` in Whonix-Gateway?

I can use arm in Whonix-Gateway to monitor, among other things, which circuits are used, i.e. external Tor traffic. Is there any way to monitor local traffic/connections between tor and different programs by port, IP address (when using multiple Workstations) etc.?

Yes, using a package sniffer like wireshark.
