I’m working on a series of Bitcoin guides that use Qubes and Whonix to isolate some common applications and configure them for security and privacy.
One really cool thing the series will allow a user to do is run their own Electrum backend server and connect to it with an Electrum wallet in an offline VM or remotely via an onion service.
Hopefully someone finds these useful. I’m happy for any feedback.
