Bisq 15.1 can't connect to Bitcoin network

Hello.

After the last whonix upgrade bisq 15.1 doesn’t seem to work. Bisq can’t connect to bitcoin network.

Cannot connect to Bitcoin network with Bisq 15.1 in non-Whonix VM either.

Cannot connect to Bitcoin network with Bisq 15.1 in Debian VM either.

Therefore issue not caused by Whonix.

Please resolve as per Free Support for Whonix ™

I checked if you remove the --daoActivated=false from the instruction on whonix site - everything will work.
