I use whonix gateway to connect it with Windows 10 on Virtualbox, before it i have good VPN on my OS, then on the Windows 10 VM i have HTTP proxy (paid anonymously just to be clear) so the connection looks like this:
ISP → VPN → TOR (VM) → Proxy → Internet
does that look ok?
