Exactly as the title says… Because doesn’t netflix also block VPNS/Proxies now too? And so does loads of other sites…

Whonix uses Tor. Many sites block Tor traffic. The answer is Yes if the site blocks traffic coming from a Tor exit nodes.

To clarify, sites don’t block “Whonix OS”
