Tor noscript does not hold settings

i have fresh installed Whonix-Workstation-KDE-14.0.0.9.3.ova and the Gateway.
I start tor browser, goto tools addons. at Default are all options checked! and at presite permissions are no sites listet.
No i click on reset. Now many presite permissions are listet (ajax.googleapis.com, paypal.com, youtube.com, yahoo.com and many more). at the gerneral tab are only fetch and frame checked. It seems to be ok.
I clos the settings tab and close Tor Browser.
Now i start tor browser again and all No Script settings are gone. Default are all options checked! and at presite permissions are no sites listet.

The browser forgets after a restart the options.

what can i do to fix this??

It recommended that you use the security slider to change No Scirpts settings

Not recommended to set per-site permissions but it is possible.
