Multiple Accounts in Whonix Workstation

I have several different things I want to use Whonix for, and I made several accounts using adduser.

How do I log out of the “user” account and into one of the others. I’ve looked through the documentation, and I don’t see anything on this, and I see no “logout” option on any of the desktop menus.

Am I also guaranteed that accounts other than user funnel all network activity through Tor?

While I have to say that I literally can’t see any reason to use different accounts on the Workstation since Stream Isolation seperates connections any ways and sharing Whonix isn’t recommended, you may log out via the “Log Out Button” under Leave.
