I suddenly got these errors while running ls -l:

I’ve never seen an error like this in all my years of using Whonix. Is this a security issue?

Not Whonix-specific? Eg

#4 (Bad EIP value boot falt in Ubuntu Feisty Herd 3) – Oracle VM VirtualBox
Bug #83820 “Bad EIP Value on boot in VirtualBox” : Bugs : Ubuntu

Thank you for the reply. The error has not occurred again since restarting the workstation, so perhaps it was a random glitch. As long as it isn’t a sign of insecurity (like being hacked or something), I won’t worry about it.
