The booting with firewall lockdown and release after sdwdate is done is implemented in Whonix 14 but not enabled by default. That work was done in T533. Before we enable it by default, solutions are needed:

- once Whonix 14 is out, we can encourage users to test this feature. It needs a ton of testing since it can ruin connectivity.
