Enable Unsafe Protocols Pidgin

Unfortunately I need to enable ICQ on pidgin. Yes, I know pidgin is a ridiculously unsafe app and ICQ def is not a good protocol to chat. Nonetheless, I need to talk on this protocol. The whonix documentation used to have some code you could run in terminal to enable these protocols in pidgin. I can no longer find it. Can someone please repost it?

Also, what the SOCKS IP addresses I use for isolation in pidgin per account?
