is it possible to update only over tor/onion ?

i see some over htp

Get:23 http://deb.whonix.org stretch/main amd64 non-qubes-vm-audio all 3:8.9-1 [28.8 kB]

and other over onion

tor+http://vwakviie2ienjx6t.onion/debian stretch/main amd64 base-files amd64 9.9+deb9u6 [67.3 kB]

Just comment the lines which use clearnet addresses in the sources.list files.
